Interviewing our guest speakers from these foreign countries was a success. They enjoyed bringing in their caps and backpacks and eating their English snacks in the open air. Well done!!! Santa Giuliana Falconieri Students celebrated Earth Day to increase awareness around many issues affecting our planet and show their support for environmental protection. Our elementary students had fun with their English teachers exploring this topic through different activities such as songs, readings, writings, documentaries, videos and crafts. EXCELLENT, WELL DONE!!!!! Middle school students wrote lovely poems and expressed their opinions about the ecosystem with letters to important politicians.    AWESOME AND SUPER JOB!!!! Un programma di screening anti Covid per alunni e docenti. È l’iniziativa messa in campo dall’istituto Santa Giuliana Falconieri ai Parioli. Obiettivo: individuare eventuali casi positivi con tempismo e prevenire l’insorgere di possibili focolai interni alla scuola. “Abbiamo adottato questa organizzazione per garantire la salute collettiva e la continuità scolastica. Il controllo non è obbligatorio ma c’è comunque stata grande partecipazione”, spiega il dirigente scolastico, il professore Francesco Branca. “Il 15 febbraio c’è stato il primo screening e prevediamo di replicare ogni due settimane”. Contesto e metodo Nello spirito condiviso del nuovo Campus Project «Santa Giuliana Falconieri» 2020-21 i Docenti intendono realizzare la loro prossimità e vicinanza agli alunni anche successivamente alla conclusione delle lezioni di questo anno scolastico. La proposta nasce dal desiderio di approfittare di un contesto non prestazionale come quello estivo per potenziare gli aspetti relazionali che sono alla base di un efficace processo formativo. II Docenti negli incontri on line si porranno in una condizione di ascolto e comprensione ma anche di supporto e valorizzazione delle risorse presenti nella collettività classe.
